Is there a fee to rent the booths?
Yes. Booths range from an end cap to an 8x8 display booth. You will be allowed to choose which booth size you would prefer and the prices range from $28 to $128 per month.

What is the commission Rate?
The commission rate is 15% of your gross monthly sales.

How long is the lease agreement?
A minimum of six months lease agreement is required. After that, contracts are renewed monthly. A refundable security deposit equal to the booth fee will be due with the first month's rent.

Do you monitor vendors inventory?
What you have in your booth is up to you. We do keep track of your sales by item in our computer database. However, you are in charge of restocking, managing, and keeping your booth well maintained.

Do vendors set their own prices?
Yes, vendors have full control over pricing in their booths. You may discount old inventory and set pricing as you see fit.
